Nurse Maddison completed her cosmetic training with Juv’ae and now has over 3 years experience in the Non- Surgical Cosmetic Medicine field. Dedicated to delivering excellence, she regularly attends conferences and advanced training with industry professionals to stay at the forefront of the latest techniques and advancements, ensuring the safest and highest-quality care for her patients.
She began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Nursing from Queensland University of Technology. She further honed her skills over 5 years at a busy Brisbane hospital, gaining extensive experience in the Emergency Department and across surgical and medical wards.

Allie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and Paramedicine, bringing five years of experience across emergency and acute care. Her clinical background has built a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and compassionate care.
After completing her cosmetic training with Juv'ae in 2025, Allie transitioned into aesthetic medicine, combining her passion for healthcare with artistry. Having previously worked alongside Maddison in the Emergency Department and later becoming one of her patients, joining Aesthetics by Maddison was a natural next step in her career.
Allie is dedicated to continuous professional development, regularly undertaking advanced training with industry leaders to ensure she delivers safe, sophisticated, and results-driven treatments tailored to each patient. Her approach is grounded in integrity, education, and enhancing natural beauty with elegance and restraint.
Outside of the clinic, Allie enjoys Pilates and strength training, walking her dog Milo, and a wine with the girls.
