Cancellation Policy:

At Aesthetics by Maddison, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $100 cancellation fee
• Cancellations or failure to attend on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment booked

Repeated Late Cancellations / No Shows:
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a 100% service fee charge and restricted access to future bookings. In these cases, full payment may be required to secure any future appointments.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To make changes to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via:

Please note, Instagram DMs are not an accepted method of cancellation.

Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this occurs, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can support you where appropriate.

Acknowledgement:
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.

⁃ Treatment/procedure packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another unless stated otherwise.

⁃ Treatments/procedure and service packages are not transferable to other individuals unless stated otherwise.

⁃ Promotional pricing is not valid for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the stated promotion period.

⁃ Aesthetics by Maddison reserves the right to discontinue a promotion or modify pricing at any given time without previous advertisement or notification.

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that may be collected by Aesthetics by Maddison, the choices you can make about your personal information and how Aesthetics by Maddison protects your information. Aesthetics by Maddison may revise this Privacy Policy at any time and at our sole discretion and in accordance with relevant legislation.

Your acknowledgement of our privacy policy

By using this website, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood this privacy policy. Please note that this policy does not extend your rights or Aesthetics by Maddison obligations beyond those defined in the legislation listed above.

To meet your expectations about privacy and confidentiality Aesthetics by Maddison has operational processes and procedures to comply with:

* Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) Code of Practice in relation to how Aesthetics by Maddison markets to our customers;


* Spam Act 2003 in relation to electronic marketing;


* Do Not Call Register Act 2006 where Aesthetics by Maddison engages in telemarketing; and


* Telecommunications Industry Standard 2007 where Aesthetics by Maddison engages in telemarketing.


Collection of personal information

‘Personal information’ means information Aesthetics by Maddison holds about you from which your identity is either clear or can be reasonably determined. Protecting your privacy when handling your personal information is important to Aesthetics by Maddison and is fundamental to the way Aesthetics by Maddison serves you.

Generally, Aesthetics by Maddison will collect personal information directly from you, and as needed to provide the service you requested, and to carry out our administrative operations.

Aesthetics by Maddison may collect personal information from you (but not limited to) when: 

* You fill in ‘Patient Intake Form’;


* You fill in ‘Consent Form’;


* You contact Aesthetics by Maddison by any means;


* Create an account with Aesthetics by Maddison.


Aesthetics by Maddison will collect personal information from you by lawful and reasonable means. “Unsolicited” personal information is personal information about an individual that an organisation has unintentionally received. This is an uncommon occurrence for Aesthetics by Maddison, but when it does happen, Aesthetics by Maddison will protect your personal information with the same rigour as Aesthetics by Maddison treats the personal information that Aesthetics by Maddison intended to collect. If Aesthetics by Maddison could not have collected this information through our normal processes, Aesthetics by Maddison will un-identify that information as soon as Aesthetics by Maddison reasonably can.

Aesthetics by Maddison use the personal information you provide only for purposes consistent with the reason you provided it, or for a directly related purpose. Aesthetics by Maddison may also use your personal information where required or permitted by law. Aesthetics by Maddison may also use your information where you have provided Aesthetics by Maddison with your express or implied consent.

Aesthetics by Maddison does not share your personal information with other organisations unless:

* You give Aesthetics by Maddison your express consent, or


* Sharing is otherwise required or permitted by law, or


* It is necessary to enable our third parties to perform specific functions.


When Aesthetics by Maddison provides personal information to companies who perform services for Aesthetics by Maddison; such as: specialist information technology companies, mail houses or other contractors to Aesthetics by Maddison, Aesthetics by Maddison requires those companies to protect your personal information as diligently as Aesthetics by Maddison does. Strict contractual and other quality assurance measures are used to ensure your personal information is protected.

Aesthetics by Maddison may transfer personal information to countries outside Australia. Aesthetics by Maddison will only do so in compliance with all applicable Australian data protection and privacy laws. Aesthetics by Maddison will take reasonable steps to protect personal information no matter what country it is stored in or transferred to. Aesthetics by Maddison has documents and procedures as appropriate to help ensure this.

From time to time, Aesthetics by Maddison may use the personal information Aesthetics by Maddison collected from you to identify particular products and services, which Aesthetics by Maddison believes may be of interest to you. Aesthetics by Maddison may then contact you, to let you know about these products and services and how they may benefit you. Generally, Aesthetics by Maddison will only do this with your prior consent (where practical) and Aesthetics by Maddison will always give you a choice to opt out of receiving such information in future. Direct Marketing from Aesthetics by Maddison generally takes the form of Direct Mail, Electronic Marketing (email) or Short Message Services (SMS).

Accessing your personal information

You have the right to request the personal information Aesthetics by Maddison hold about you. This right is subject to law and your payment of our costs for examining your request and obtaining your personal information (if your request is approved). After your payment of our costs, and Aesthetics by Maddison has had reasonable time to examine your request, and subject to applicable privacy laws, if your request is approved, Aesthetics by Maddison will provide the personal information that you requested. Aesthetics by Maddison will deal with your request in a reasonable time – usually within 30 days.
